Data protection declaration

§ 1 General information

Your personal details (e.g. title, name address, email address, telephone number, banking details, credit card number) will only be used by us according to the provisions of German data protection law. The following provisions inform you regarding the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. This data protection declaration refers to our web pages only. If you have been directed to our pages from another website, please use that website to find out about the possible use of your data.

§ 2 Inventory data

(1) Your personal data, to the extent that it is necessary for the justification, content-based development or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be exclusively used for the realisation of the contract. For example, your name and address have to be forwarded to the supplier to provide the goods or services.

(2) Your personal data will not be given to third parties external to the realisation of the contract without your express approval or legal grounds for doing so. Your data will be protected against further use after the contract has been processed. Once the fiscal and commercial provisions have expired, your data will be deleted provided that you have not expressly agreed for your data to be subsequently used.

§ 3 Web analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service operated by Google Inc. ('Google'). Google Analytics uses so-called 'cookies', text files saved on your computer which enable you to analyse the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will normally be transmitted to and saved on a Google Analytics server in the USA. However, should IP anonymity be activated on this website, if you are located in a member state of the European Union or in a state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, your IP address will be shortened by Google. The complete IP address will only be transmitted to and saved on a Google Analytics server in the USA in exceptional circumstances. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on the website activities and provide other services relating to the use of the website and services associated with the internet use for the website operator. Google will not link the IP address transmitted which is transmitted as part of Google Analytics with other data. You can prevent the storage of the cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; we wish to point out, however, that this may prevent you from making full use of the functions available on this website. You can also prevent the collection of the data created by the Cookie regarding your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, and the forwarding of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in which is available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

This website uses Google Analytics with the file extension 'anonymize IP()', so that the IP addresses are only further processed in shortened format which excludes the possibility of any direct reference to the personal user.

§ 4 Information about Cookies

To optimize our website we use Cookies. These are small text files temporarily saved on your computer's hard disk. These Cookies are deleted once the browser has been closed. You can prevent Cookies from being saved on your computer by selecting 'Block Cookies' in your browser settings. However, this may cause a functional restriction to our offering.

§ 5 Social Plug-ins from Facebook

We use Social Plug-ins from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plug-ins are identified by the Facebook logo or the 'Facebook Social Plug-in' description. Facebook will also make your preferences public to your Facebook friends. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook may link the initialising of our website directly with your Facebook account. Even if you are not logged in or do not have a Facebook account, your browser will transmit information (e.g. the websites you have visited, your IP address), which are saved by Facebook. Details on the use of your personal data by Facebook and your rights hereunder are provided in the Facebook data protection information: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
